Collapsible Spill Bund RAIL is a specially designed spill containment solution designed to capture leaks and spills of liquids from trains and other railway vehicles directly on track areas. The unique design is adapted to fit precisely between the rails and provide effective environmental protection in the event of accidents, maintenance or the transport of hazardous liquids.

• Material: PES/PVC fabric with protective coating (approx. 680 g/m²) – durable and chemical-resistant. : Functional in a wide range (approx. –30 °C to +70 °C).

• Capacity: Up to approximately 800 L of liquid depending on model and configuration.

• Carrying capacity: Max. approx. 200 kg of liquid before drainage is required.

• Transport size: Compact folded shape for easy storage and transport.

How it is used

1. Unfold the berm to a flat surface.

2. Place between the rails where there is a risk of spillage or leakage.

3. Shape the side walls upwards to create a tight spill collection zone.

4. Drain carefully with drainage solution if option installed after use.

The shape of the berm allows it to be used both across the track or along the track, depending on the specific situation.
